1. Wet hair liberally. 2. Apply Let it Flow™ Shine & Define Mousse, then scrunch and shape hair into desired curl formation. 3. Allow hair to air dry or dry using a diffuser. 4. Avoid touching hair with fingers while drying as this can cause frizzing. Instead, use the tail of a comb to position hair as desired.
